Introduction
At Mobile Accord we believe that corporate self regulation based on adherence to laws, ethical standards, and international norms is the basic foundation for being a socially responsible enterprise. But, simply adhering to prescribed laws, standards, and norms is not enough to ensure the protection of all of our stakeholders, the broader community, and the long-term sustainability and profitability of our company. One of our primary goals is to promote the global public interest through the use of mobile technology.
To define and solidify our guiding principles we have drawn upon our core beliefs, The United Nations Global Compact, and principals of ethical corporate governance. The areas of guidance overlap each other creating holistic approach to endure broad based socially responsible practices throughout Mobile Accord and its subsidiaries.

The Executive Management Team
Mobile Accord’s executive management team has been hand selected, developed, and honed over the years by the leadership of Mobile Accord’s CEO James Eberhard and the board of directors. The executive management team is committed and to upholding the highest level of ethical business conduct outlined by James Eberhard, the board of directors, and in conjunction with the highest standards of ethics and social responsibility.

Selection of the Mobile Accord board of directors was conducted with the greatest care to include members that contribute diverse skills to benefit the long-term sustainability of Mobile Accord for the benefit of all stakeholders. The board of directors are responsible for oversight of management and to ensure sound legal, ethical, and financial behavior of the company.

Mobile Accord has a legal and ethical obligation to all legitimate stakeholders and the broader community to act in ways that prevents harm, promotes value, and increases the quality of life all stakeholders whenever possible.
Standards of Integrity and Ethics
Mobile Accord promotes the highest possible standards of integrity and ethical conduct. Mobile Accord utilizes a companywide compliance and ethics program that includes a Code of Business Conduct and Values Statements that are communicated and reinforced to all internal stakeholders and made available to all external partners. The value of instilling standards of integrity and ethics throughout the Mobile Accord’s corporate culture is twofold. First, it is essential for guidelines and standards of conduct to align with our goal of being a socially responsible enterprise. Second, setting guidelines and standards of conduct reduce risk to reputation, financial and legal liability, and promotes the long-term sustainability of business.
