How do I stop receiving text messages and discontinue billing?
From your phone simply send the word STOP as a reply to any of the messages being sent to you or fill out the form below and enter the phone number that is receiving messages and/or being billed and your email address.  We'll send you an email with the status of your request.

You can find out what programs you’re subscribed to by replying to any text message you receive with the word STATUS. We will send you a text message with a list of programs you’re subscribed to on a particular short code. If you’re subscribed to more than one program and would like to unsubscribe from all of them simply reply with STOP ALL.

How long will it take to facilitate my request?
We will make sure you stop receiving messages within 2 to 3 business days.

I never requested services from Mobile Accord, why is Mobile Accord on my cell phone bill?
Mobile Accord is a company that helps nonprofit organizations, corporations, agencies, and service providers develop, deliver, and bill for mobile content (text alert services, ringtones, wallpapers etc.) through wireless carriers.  When you request mobile content from an organization, whether it's on the internet or on your cell phone, some of those organizations use Mobile Accord to link their mobile offerings with your wireless carrier so that the content is delivered properly and billed to your wireless bill.  Many times the name of the organization you signed up with will not show up on your wireless carrier's bill.  Instead they will often just put Mobile Accord.
